Preparation for vaccination against COVID-19

→ To get vaccinated, complete the form attached in the PDF file and bring it with you on the day of vaccination. It is also possible to complete the form at the clinic.

→ Vaccination can be started at any time of the day, you do not need to fast.

→ Please come to the vaccination as far as possible without third parties and exactly at the appointed time, and be aware of any past illnesses.

→ After vaccination, each patient will have 15-30 minutes to observe.

→ People over 60 years of age can verify the automatically issued referral against COVID-19 in the patient’s online account.

THE VACCINE

The vaccine will be administered only after the doctor has qualified the patient for administration of the vaccine, as an injection into the arm. This will be done during the same visit.

To complete the vaccination course after the first dose of Comirnaty, a second dose of Comirnaty should be taken after 3 weeks.

The sample should be placed in a specially purchased sterile, disposable container (available at the pharmacy). The collected sample can be stored at a temperature of 2-8 degrees before the test.
