I specialize in a wide range of psychological issues, including the treatment of stress, life crises, emotional disorders, concentration, interpersonal relationships, low self-esteem, anxiety and mood disorders.

In my practice, I place great emphasis on building a safe and trusting relationship with the client. I believe that the key element of effective therapy is cooperation in which the client feels heard and understood. My goal is to support clients in discovering their own resources and opportunities so that they can more effectively deal with difficulties and improve their quality of life.

I am particularly interested in topics related to anxiety, interpersonal relationships and ADHD in adults. I offer psychological support and counselling to adults who experience difficulties in various areas of life or want to improve their daily functioning. My work is based on a deep understanding of the client’s needs and feelings, which enables me to provide effective assistance.

The scope of my services includes clinical psychology and crisis psychology. If you are looking for support in the face of life’s challenges, please contact me. Together, we can work on your well-being and improve your quality of life.
