Vaccination

COVID-19 vaccination step by step

People from 6 months of age are eligible for vaccination against COVID-19 – the vaccine is free and voluntary. You can get vaccinated at any time of the day, you don’t have to be fasting.

In order to be vaccinated, it is mandatory to complete the Initial Screening Interview Questionnaire before vaccination against COVID-19.

It is possible to complete the form stationary at the clinic. To fill out the form, it is necessary to know about past diseases.

Please come to the vaccination at the appointed time and, if possible, without third parties. After receiving the vaccine, each patient will need to stay 15-30 minutes for observation at the clinic.

Administration of the vaccine

The COVID-19 vaccine will only be given after the patient has been qualified by a doctor.

The vaccine is given as an injection into the arm. Eligibility and vaccination take place during the same visit

The vaccination course is determined for each patient individually – depending on the number of previously received doses of the vaccine.

HPV vaccination step by step

Why is it worth getting vaccinated against HPV?

Protection against cervical cancer: HPV vaccination is an effective preventive measure that reduces the risk of cervical cancer – one of the most common and potentially fatal cancers in women.

Reducing the risk of infectious diseases: The vaccine helps prevent infections caused by the human papillomavirus, which can lead to other serious conditions such as genital cancers in both men and women.

Protecting younger generations: HPV vaccination is mainly aimed at young people, providing them with long-term protection against the risk of infection.

The course of vaccination

Medical consultation: The first step is to consult with a doctor who will assess your health and tailor the vaccination plan to your needs.

Administration of the vaccine: The HPV vaccine is given as an injection. Usually, two or three doses at specific intervals are required.

Monitoring and education: After vaccinations, your doctor will keep track of your health and provide you with the necessary information for follow-up care and prevention.

Vaccination Eligibility

At CM Prokocim, we implement a program of free HPV vaccinations for girls and boys aged 12-13. In Poland, these vaccinations are recommended before sexual activity to achieve full protection against HPV infection.
