I am a forensic psychologist. My mission is to support adults in solving the mental and life problems they are facing. I graduated from the Cracow Academy of Fine Arts. Since then, I have been focusing on working with families and offering psychosocial support that helps build healthy relationships and deal effectively with difficulties.
In my practice, I place great emphasis on creating a safe and open space where everyone can freely express their feelings, thoughts, and goals. I believe that active listening, understanding and support in the process of self-discovery are key to improving the quality of life.
I specialize in working with people who are struggling with problems such as personal or professional crisis, grief experience, low mood, minority stress, difficulties related to coming-out, anxiety, fear, low self-esteem, as well as problems in relationships and communication. My therapeutic approach includes clinical and crisis psychology, and my goal is not only to help you overcome difficulties, but also to equip you with the tools to manage life’s challenges on your own.
I also work with the Sustinae Foundation, which allows me to constantly expand my knowledge and skills to be able to best respond to the needs of my patients. My work is my passion, and the satisfaction and well-being of my patients are the most important to me.
If you feel that I can help you, feel free to contact me. Together, we can work to help you enjoy life to the fullest and better cope with its challenges.
